Community Award Nomination Form
The Glen Ellyn Chamber of Commerce and the Glen Ellyn Village Fair Committee will once again host the COMMUNITY AWARDS BREAKFAST on Saturday, March 8, 2014.
The Chamber is seeking Nominations for only the following categories:
Citizen of the Year
Senior Citizen of the Year
Outstanding Business of the Year
Non-Profit Organization of the Year
This Event recognizes the Citizen, Senior Citizen, Business, Non-Profit Organization, Educator, Firefighter, and Police Officer of the Year for their outstanding contributions to Glen Ellyn during 2013.
The Community Awards Breakfast honors individuals or organizations that have been active in the community and have worked on or developed specific projects to benefit Glen Ellyn.
The award winners will have VOLUNTEERED their time, energy, and devotion to significantly improving the quality of life in Glen Ellyn.
We do not accept nominations for individuals who were paid for these above and beyond services to our community. They must be volunteers.
Please download, complete, and send the nomination form using the instructions on the form. NOMINATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY SATURDAY, MARCH 1, 2014.
