Ours began in a small garage in 2009 with a few tools, a strong work ethic, and a simple belief: if you do honest work, treat people with respect, and stand behind what you do, the rest will follow.
More than 15 years later, Essential Plumbing & Sewer is still proudly family-owned and rooted in the same values that started it all. We've been fortunate to grow, not because we set out to become the biggest plumbing company, but because our customers continued to place their trust in us, year after year.
That trust is something we'll never take for granted.
We're truly grateful to the families who have supported us and allowed us to become part of this community.
We're excited to open our new Glen Ellyn location, allowing us to respond more quickly and better serve homeowners throughout the surrounding communities.
But while we've expanded, one thing has never changed—we've never wanted to become a big, distant company where customers feel like just another appointment on the schedule. We believe every homeowner deserves honest answers, dependable workmanship, and a plumber who genuinely cares about doing the job right.
